A single of almost twelve minutes.
Released on 19 April 2010 as the first single from Further, it runs 11:57 on the album. The film is by Adam Smith and Marcus Lyall.142
Every one of Further's eight tracks has its own film. This was the first.1
Making a twelve-minute track a single means, I think, not counting on radio from the start.
Escape velocity is the speed you need to break free of gravity. I read the title as a statement for the whole album.
