Some copies of an album called Push the Button were locked against copying.
Released on 24 January 2005, it went to No. 1 in the UK. It was recorded at Miloco in South London and The Hit Factory in New York, and in January 2006 it won the Grammy for Best Electronic/Dance Album.43
In some regions, the CD came with copy protection.5
There are plenty of guests: Q-Tip, Tim Burgess, Bloc Party's Kele Okereke, Anna-Lynne Williams, Anwar Superstar and The Magic Numbers.5
The music threw the doors open and invited people in; the disc was bolted shut. Whenever I think of this album, that tug of war comes to mind first.
